We love going to the Henry! The staff is always so kind and accommodating. The service is fast, and friendly, and the atmosphere is inviting and warm. We have experienced breakfast, brunch, and now dinner at this establishment and none of them disappointed. I can’t recommend this place enough. It is one of our go-to favorites in Coronado. I do suggest you make a reservation, rather than try to walk in just to ensure that you’ll be seated quickly.
This place is top-notch in every way! It was our first time visiting Coronado, and after a disappointing experience at another nearby restaurant, we decided to try The Henry instead — and we’re so glad we did. From the moment we walked in, the general manager, Emilio, completely turned our evening around. He welcomed us with such warmth and professionalism, making us feel genuinely valued and comfortable from the start. Our server, Enrique, was equally outstanding. His infectious smile, attentive service, and deep knowledge of the menu made the entire dining experience exceptional. The hospitality here is truly on another level. The Henry delivered not only amazing service, but an atmosphere that made our night memorable. We’ll absolutely be back and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Coronado!
Such a great experience at The Henry. The space is really cute, and we loved how spacious the booth was - it made it easy to relax and enjoy everything. Service was friendly and on point. We ordered family-style which was perfect for sharing. The short rib potstickers were a standout and the Korean prime skirt steak was amazing - super flavorful and cooked just right. The fried rice that came with it tied everything together. We actually had to come back for breakfast too. I ordered the scramble and my husband had the salmon bagel with coffee. The coffee was super smooth and we really liked the tomato on the salmon bagel instead of cucumber. Overall a really fun and delicious spot for both dinner and breakfast. Definitely a place we would come back to!
This place was amazing! Our server was so sweet and she knew her stuff, can definitely tell she likes what she does. I had the bolognese, truffle fries, and a glass of sangria which perfectly crisp, a slice of lime and watermelon. My meal was real so flavorful! Really enjoyed this place!
We just celebrated my sister’s baby shower at The Henry this weekend, and it was truly a dream from start to finish. Hosting a private event here was an incredible experience—everything from the initial call to the final execution felt seamless and effortless. We were warmly welcomed by the general manager, Emilio, and his team, who went above and beyond to help us unload, set up, and design the space. Thoughtful touches like iced coffees and matchas while we got everything arranged made the experience feel extra special. The setting itself was stunning, with a cozy fireplace, beautiful Coronado backdrop, and the perfect layout for our whimsical flower bouquet bar. The family-style menu was elevated and absolutely delicious, and the custom cocktails and mocktails for the moms-to-be were a standout. I can’t recommend The Henry—and especially Emma and Emilio—enough. If you’re looking for the perfect event space in Coronado with exceptional service and ambiance, this is it. Truly an 11/10 experience!
