We had our first experience at Tavern recently and it was absolutely lovely! We got there when they first opened, and were the first guests to be seated. The atmosphere is very cool, it gives speakeasy vibes. The menu is one page, which I love, the staff were so kind, and the service was fast. We will definitely be visiting Tavern again. I ordered the sliders and fries and they were so yummy! This place is very unique and I would certainly recommend it.
Absolutely loved this place!!! From entering to being served by Glen! It was truly a wonderful and fulfilling stop! Glen made sure everyone at the table was good and set and every meal and I mean every meal of our 6 party group came out beautifully! The dining area was nice, clean and well designed honestly! It’s cute quaint and friendly! I hope to frequent this place every time I’m in California! Yall got me with this one! Thanks for the service and welcomed visit here! You all really helped make this dining experience worthwhile!
Nice spot in coronado. We had the happy hour Brussels sprouts and the Mac and cheese. 4 bucks each. Brussels were excellent by themselves, but we mixed a few with the Mac and it was a surprise combo. I had the fish and chips. They were good, probably sat for a few while my fiance chicken pot pie was cooking. Her pot pie was ripping hot and delicious. A few happy hour beers and it was a great place to go to.
The raspberry & rosemary cocktail was absolutely delicious, and our server was friendly and attentive. We only came in for two drinks this visit, so I can’t speak to the food yet, but I’m already looking forward to coming back and trying some of the dishes next time!
Was here quite a few years ago and did not love it. This time the food was much better. I would recommend getting the sliders they were great. This is a great spot to watch a football game on a TVs and they have a very good happy hour. The service was really good. The mac and cheese was even better
