I decided to give this sushi spot a try, and overall it was just okay. The fish was fairly fresh, but nothing really stood out compared to other sushi restaurants in the area. Service was decent, though a bit slow during busy hours. The atmosphere is nice and clean, but the prices feel a little high for the quality you get. If you’re already nearby, it’s not a bad option, but I wouldn’t go out of my way to come here again.
What an amazing atmosphere! I came for my birthday dinner with family and had an amazing time! Great food and drinks and the staff were super attentive very friendly and made us all feel welcomed. I loved it so much i came back a few weeks later with my girlfriend! Food and ambiance were great and the city views made it even better.
My partner and I came here from the San Fernando Valley area; it was our first time visiting. We were seated quickly, and a waiter named TC came over. We don't speak much English, though we know how to order what we want, but the waiter seemed uncomfortable—perhaps because we were speaking Spanish to each other. We ordered our sodas and then our food. We ended up waiting over 30 minutes for our drinks; the food actually arrived before the drinks did. He complained that the person in charge of drinks was slow, yet the table behind us—who arrived after we did—already had everything. We realized he was being racist toward us; he even made fun of the situation with the bartender. After half an hour, he finally went to get our drinks but stopped to chat with the other table instead. If I had been choking, what was I supposed to do? Wait for him to feel like bringing me a drink? The service was a terrible experience, though the food was 100% excellent. I would go back, but not if TC is the one serving us. By the way, a tip was left based on the amount spent.
The fact it was a top-floor restaurant in downtown LA was intimidating but the staff was very approachable and polite at the same time which helped me loosen up and enjoy my time there. The sushi and cocktails are the best I've had outside of Japan and have zero regrets going.

The food is fresh, well-presented, and full of flavor. Every dish that came out looked carefully crafted, and the quality was clear from the first bite. The ambiance is another strong point—elevated, stylish, and perfect for a date night, special dinner, or even a nice night out with friends. The only downside: customer service could be better. While the food and setting are excellent, the staff felt a bit inattentive and not as polished as you’d expect from a place of this caliber.
