I got the chicken KooKoo fries and they were delicious! Also, the portion was huge! The fries come in a fried tortilla kind of basket thing which was just as good as the rest of the food. They also gave a chili oil (I believe) which wasn’t too spicy, but gave the perfect kick to the fries, coming from someone who doesn’t handle spice very well. I do wish the cheese was just a little bit more melted, but that’s just personal preference. The employee there was pretty nice and she didn’t rush me to order.

10/20/25 The service here is friendly and attentive. The Double Cheeseburger is solid, very juicy and satisfying, and the fries are impressively crisp and full of flavor. The Chicken & Beef bowl is also a good pick, and the chicken wrap hits the spot.

Enjoyed this unique location. We wanted something different so found this hole-in-the-wall joint. Exceptional customer service and the staff was having fun together which is always fun to witness. Noodles were outstanding! I had the wrap 1/2 with minced chicken and 1/2 with minced beef. It was good but Not my favorite. I recommend choosing one or the other. But overall, happy we tried it

Delicious food along with great service. I have always wanted to try this place out on the way to Disneyland and it was a good choice. It looked kinda ordinary when you step foot inside. Prices were a bit on the expensive side, but you never know it until you try it. I spoke to Jane, who took our order and she was very sociable and nice. We sat down outside and she delivered our food along with the sauces and she explained each sauce. The food was Magnificent. We will come again!!

I had one of the WORST customer service experiences I’ve ever had at Koo Koo Grill in Anaheim. One of my food items came out extremely burnt and inedible WITH HAIR IN IT. I politely asked if it could be remade. Instead of fixing it, the owner told me I basically had no choice but to eat it as it was. When I continued to ask for a remake, the situation escalated quickly. The owner grabbed ALL of my food, threw it straight in the trash, and started yelling at me to leave the restaurant. I was shocked. I was not rude, I didn’t raise my voice… I simply asked for food that wasn’t burnt. I paid for that meal and ended up with nothing. No refund, no replacement, just being yelled at and told I could never come back. There is no excuse for treating a paying customer this way. Mistakes happen, but how a business handles them matters and this was completely unprofessional and disrespectful. I would strongly caution others before choosing to eat here.
