My favorite place love everything, very special people are working there. Very kind and amazing. I celebrated my bday there and it was absolutely incredible, our server Kristina went above and beyond, she made it so special I cannot be grateful enough. I want to celebrate all my holidays there. Always feel so welcomed there. So much love to the team of Juniper bar and lounge ♥️

Juniper Lounge used to be one of my favorite places in West Hollywood. The ambiance is beautiful, the drinks are great, and overall it SHOULD feel like a welcoming upscale lounge. Unfortunately, the bartenders have completely changed the experience. At what point did the staff decide it was okay to openly bad mouth and bully customers? This is not a one-time experience, it’s something I’ve personally noticed multiple times, and after reading other reviews from hotel site, it’s clearly not just me. Watching bartenders stand in corners gossiping about guests, making people feel uncomfortable and unwelcome, is honestly embarrassing for a place that markets itself as upscale. What makes it worse is that management appears to be part of the problem instead of fixing it. It creates this strange “mean girls in high school” atmosphere where certain guests ann customers are made to feel judged or picked apart while simply trying to enjoy a drink and support the business. People notice this behavior. Guests are not stupid. If someone is paying for your service and supporting your establishment, the bare minimum should be professionalism and respect. It’s disappointing because Juniper has the potential to be one of the best lounges in West Hollywood, but the immature and cliquey behavior from staff completely ruins the experience.

Absolutely obsessed with Juniper at the 1 hotel, the ambiance vibe is spectacular! Great for relaxing, working, brunch, dinner with friends there’s a vibe for everything, the cocktails are pretty good and their truffle fries amazing! They also have a live band on some days and there’s valet! If you like taking pictures this is the best spot to do it.

Loved this. Cozy yet open and spacious-- great for small groups, dates, or solo book reading. Drinks were creative and delicious. I ordered roasted cauliflower -- wasn't great, it was cold, but the wait staff handled it all gracefully, and I settled to dessert. Worth it. I would go back in a heart beat.

Great little lounge/bar area that's hidden from the street view . I would get there at 9 - 930pm if you want to nab a sitting area! Reasonably priced drinks and the staff is so nice, would recommend for groups not so much couples unless you're sitting at the bar.
