This place was pretty cool inside. We got a table really quick and had drinks in our hands within 10 minutes. And then everything started slowing down. They seemed a bit short staffed. Our waiter recommended some things for us to try, which turned out really good. We had the Bánh mì which needed more greens but the meat was delicious. We also tried the birria tacos which needed more cheese but the consume was perfection. My husband ordered a desert and we waiting 20 minutes. I had eyes on the window where food came up and saw the desert sitting there for at least 5 minutes but our waiter was no were to be seen. When he finally came, he said he would check on it. He came back with the desert and said “right when I walked up, they put it down” which was definitely a lie buuuuuutttt it was still delicious none the less and probably the best part of the meal. I would go back and try other food items for sure and hopefully get better service.

Craft by Smoke & Fire has clearly been through some changes since the new ownership, and honestly? It shows — and not always in a good way. But here’s what saved this review: the GM. Our visit started rough. One bartender/server was covering the outdoor patio, the bar top, AND the dining room — solo. He was doing his absolute best, but I ended up having to get up and grab my own salt, pepper, and napkins. Not exactly the experience you’re paying for. But the GM noticed, came right over, apologized genuinely, and explained that a staff member had simply not shown up. That kind of attentive, accountable management is rare — and it matters. On the food: the Mile High cocktail delivered, the Caesar salad with pomegranate seeds and cornbread croutons was genuinely a standout, and the tri-tip was solid. The birria tacos? Hard pass. Skip them. An engaged GM can absolutely turn a 1-star experience into a reason to come back. Fix the staffing issues that seem to have crept in under new ownership, and this place has real potential.

Kurczę, a śmierdzę okropne po obiadkę! Dang, I smell absolutely terrible after dinner! Butter’s rich in this joint! I had a salad and Brussels sprouts prior to this last outing myself! It was very good! Also some drink that was memorable, probably with grapefruit or blood orange I had club soda with lemon today! This time I enjoyed a brisket grilled cheese with a side of roasted corn (esquites style)! Could be a bit more charred and with more parsley, albeit very fresh! Perhaps next time I will ask for more pickled onions for the sandwich The house also brought me corn chips with queso, which maintained a very faithful and strong corn taste! Fine with my sore jaw… There are TV’s with interluding chandeliers, very bold for the cottage style! Also tall (French?) windows! Such industrial glass… My waiter was very amicable, friendly, and kind!

We had a wonderful pre-Mother’s Day celebration at Craft by Smoke and Fire! We made a reservation ahead of time, and everything was seamless from the moment we walked in. The food was absolutely excellent, and the ambiance made for a perfect celebratory venue. A huge shoutout to our server, Jordy, who took incredible care of us. Even with a full house, all the servers were attentive and professional. If you’re looking for great BBQ and a nice atmosphere, this is the spot. We’ll definitely be back!

The most amazing melt in your mouth meats, soft lighting, lots of tables and space, and a warm ambiance to fill the air. I think Craft is the perfect vibe for a first date, catching up with friends, or even taking your family to treat them out. I been curious about this place for a while and I finallyyy got to the opportunity to check it out. WHAT TO GET: Texas Style Smoked Short Rib-- fall of the bone and perfectly tender- you can tell how much love went into this one. I paired it with their house spicy BBQ sauce and their street corn(deconstructed elote/esquites with crispy onions) I'd say this combo was my favorite item I'm coming back for Stockberger-- WAGYU AND BRISKET AND MAC N CHEESE this one was definitely indulgent and actually huge and shareable but the balance of flavor and texture made this a comfort meal I'd crave. The meats were cooked to perfection and I liked the combination of sauces that went with it that was slightly tart and tangy to offset the umami and fattiness of the meats TIP: get the brussel sprouts with it add another level of flavor to your meal and to get your fiber in Other items I liked: quesadilla, loaded fries. For both of these you can choose what meat you want like short rib Birra, prime brisket, ground Wagyu, or chicken if you had enough beef. The picked onions with each dish was fun too. I enjoyed my Mango unchained drink too - perfect palette cleanser. Also was surprised and delighted to have nachos? Bbq chips? On the house SERVICE: I didn't expect the service to be so so good. Thank you Matthew and Charles for helping us out. Charles literally saw me chowing down and in need of napkins and came to my rescue and was so chill about it. He's also super knowledgeable about the menu and helped me picked the best of the best. Shoutout to both of yall! PARKING: Anaheim promenade has free street parking or paid structures. Don't have to worry about fighting for spots. ALSO there's some fun cafes walking distance to check out too (Okayama and Requiem) OTHER NOTES: there's a villains brewery collab which i believe is a local OC brewery with amazing beer to check out. Also they have sports on? For my sports enjoyers. not me tho I'm coming back for these meats!!
